Dive Source Refund Policy is as follows:
Products:

In stock/ regular stock Items: Exchange only or credit note ONLY on any returned items that are in original packaging and new condition within one week of purchase.

Gift Certificates: No Refunds - exchange only.

Special order, custom fit or clearance items: NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Courses*:
*This policy applies to ALL courses, classes, open water checkout dives, seminars, events and dive charters.
Conditions:

Students who wish to drop out of a course they have signed up for must give at least 2 weeks notice and return all unused course materials to receive a refund (less a $25 Admin fee)

Students who cancel or drop out of a scheduled course with less than two weeks notice will only receive a refund (less a $25 admin fee) if their space can be filled by another person and providing the class fills to capacity. If the space cannot be filled then the student will be billed for the entire course fee.

Students who fail to show up for a class will receive no credit or refund for the program, consider it forfeited and will be billed for the entire course fee.

Students who fail to show up, cancel or forfeit their space and wish to take the course at a later date may do so but are still responsible for paying for the course they failed to attend

Illness – Students who fail to show up due to illness must provide a doctor’s note to be issued a credit or refund. Refunds will only be issued if the doctor’s note states that they are not able to scuba dive due to health reasons.

Any course cancelled by Dive Source will result in a 100% refund or credit to the student with no admin fee (customers choice)
Dive Bucks - No refund or exchange. Only valid for training or rental equipment. Number of dive bucks required for course can change occasionally due to course standards changing and inflation.
