Dive Source believes strongly in keeping customer information and correspondance private and secure*.

Any and all email sent to Dive Source is considered strictly confidental and your email address and contact info is not shared with or given to any outside parties without your permission.

Subscribers to our newsletter and customers who submit their email address to us will from time to time recieve news about events, general offers and information we  feel maybe of interest to them. If at anytime someone asks to be removed from this list we will do so immediately.

All student information collected for training courses is not available to any outside parties or shared with anyone other than the instructor running the program. Information collected (as required by training agencies) is only used to evaluate a persons suitability for scuba training and to provide a history for the instructor should an emergency arrive.

Upon request, an individual shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information and shall be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
